As a woman who shops, I am prepaired to pay twice as much for every garment I buy if I knew everything went back to the people making them. As a costumer, I must be allowed to decide this. I don´t want clothes that are practically free if that means people in poor countries will continue to live in poverty and maybe even lose their life because of it.
As a costumer, I want to put preassure on those who manufacture and sell what I buy.
I already boycott stores like “Hennes and Mauritz”, but in the end, that wont give decent salaries to the workers at all.
Really. Clothes in those stores are so cheap paying double for them would still be cheap.
Yeah, a spitting image.
Picture one: Caroline Mathilde of Great Britain, later Denmark.
Also; Picture two; Caroline Mathilde again, but of todays standards. And “A Royal Affair”.
